What is Pingstub?
Pingstub is a payment reminder tool for freelancers. It watches your unpaid invoices and automatically sends polite, well-timed follow-up emails to clients on your behalf, then stops the moment an invoice is paid.
How does Pingstub send reminders?
You connect your invoices through Stripe, QuickBooks or a CSV upload. Pingstub reads each invoice's due date and amount, then sends reminders on the schedule you set, for example day 3, 5 and 7 past due, in the tone you choose.
How much does Pingstub cost?
Pingstub has a free plan that tracks up to 3 invoices. The Solo plan is $19 per month for unlimited invoices and automated chasing. The Pro plan is $39 per month and adds team seats, a custom sending domain and API access.
How is Pingstub different from Chaser or Paidnice?
